All pricing and services will be outlined in the client’s invoice provided by Stack Jacks. Invoices must be paid according to the payment schedule listed within the invoice. A nonrefundable deposit may be required to secure the event date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment by the listed due dates may result in cancellation of services or forfeiture of the reserved event date.

Stack Jacks accepts payment through credit/debit card payments and Venmo. Payment instructions and applicable payment links will be provided within the client’s invoice. All payments must be completed by the due dates listed in the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Stack Jacks.

A nonrefundable deposit equal to 20% of the total invoice amount is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the event date.
If the client cancels the event more than 14 days before the event date, any payments made beyond the 20% nonrefundable deposit will be refunded.
If the client cancels the event within 14 days of the event date, all payments made are nonrefundable.
If Stack Jacks is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made by the client will be refunded in full. -
The individual signing this agreement represents that they are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of themselves and/or the event party and agree to all terms and conditions outlined within this contract.

Stack Jacks reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the client fails to complete required payments, violates the terms of this agreement, provides unsafe working conditions, or becomes unreasonably uncooperative throughout the booking process or event.
In the event of termination due to violation of this agreement by the client, any payments previously made may be nonrefundable.
If Stack Jacks must terminate this agreement due to circumstances outside of the client’s control, any payments made by the client will be refunded in full. -
Any changes or additions to the services, guest count, event timing, location, or other event details must be requested in writing and approved by Stack Jacks. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested modifications.
Stack Jacks cannot guarantee accommodation of changes requested within 7 days of the event date. -
Any additional expenses required for the event, including but not limited to travel fees, parking fees, venue-required permits, extended service time, or client-requested additions beyond the original invoice, may result in additional charges. Any applicable additional costs will be communicated to and approved by the client whenever reasonably possible prior to the event.

Stack Jacks is committed to providing a high-quality and professional experience for every event. Any concerns regarding services provided must be communicated to Stack Jacks as soon as reasonably possible during or immediately following the event so that reasonable efforts may be made to address the issue.
Due to the nature of food service and event catering, refunds will not be issued based on personal taste preferences, guest opinions, or circumstances outside of Stack Jacks’ control. -
Stack Jacks shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, accidents, power outages, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
