I’m Kayla, the heart behind Stack Jacks.

I trained in culinary school and fell in love with creating food that’s both delicious and memorable.

I’ve always felt that event food is often overlooked and lower quality. I wanted to create something fresh, customizable, and genuinely fun.

Stack Jacks turns pancakes into an experience your guests will actually get excited about! With our very own family recipe, they’re no longer just a breakfast food, but an exciting dessert.

When you book with us, I’ll be there personally serving alongside the members of my team, making sure every detail is just right.
